Amend the bill in section 2 in subsection 4 in the last line (page 1, line 13 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " report." the following: ' Cost savings realized from printing fewer hard copies of the report may be used to offset a municipality's costs for the creation and maintenance of a publicly accessible website.'
