An Act To Require Public Secondary Schools To Offer a Course in Gun Safety and Handling
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §4730 is enacted to read:
§ 4730. Firearm safety education
A public secondary school shall offer a firearm safety and handling course that is optional for students.
