Amend the resolve in section 1 in the 5th and 6th lines (page 1, lines 22 and 23 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "align their budgets" and inserting the following: 'work to align their resources'

Amend the resolve in section 1 by striking out all of the last 2 sentences (page 1, lines 28 to 34 in L.D.) and inserting the following: 'Each relevant state agency shall focus its resources in accordance with the plan immediately with the goal of reducing the rate of homelessness by 25% per year and eradicating homelessness in the State within 4 years of the effective date of this resolve. The relevant state agencies shall work collectively with other advocates of the homeless and providers of services to the homeless.'
