Amend the bill in section 1 in §6116 in subsection 1 in the last line (page 1, line 9 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: " 2." the following: ' For purposes of this section, "genetically engineered" means modified by recombinant DNA techniques or containing such a modification as the result of inheritance.'
