Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following:
‘An Act To Establish as a Public Record the Performance Evaluation of a Municipal Employee upon Request for an External Independent Review’
Amend the bill in section 1 in paragraph B in subparagraph (4) in the 2nd line (page 1, line 12 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "and" and inserting the following: ' and'
Amend the bill in section 1 in paragraph B by inserting after subparagraph (5) the following:
(6) Performance evaluations except when requested for the purpose of an external independent review requested by the municipality; and
SUMMARY
This amendment provides that a performance evaluation is confidential unless it is requested for an external independent review requested by the municipality.
