Amend the amendment by inserting after Part MMMMM the following:

PART NNNNN

Sec. NNNNN-1. Calculation and transfer. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Budget Officer shall transfer the deallocations in section 2 to the appropriate line category of the Information Services program within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services by financial order upon approval of the Governor. These transfers are considered an adjustment to authorized headcount and allocations. The State Budget Officer shall provide a report of the amounts transferred to the Joint Standing Committee on Appropriations and Financial Affairs no later than October 1, 2013.

Sec. NNNNN-2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

This amendment deallocates $14,000,000 from the Information Services program within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services in fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15.
