Amend the amendment in Part J in subsection 5-C in the 3rd line (page 576, line 30 in amendment) by striking out the following: " $73,306,246" and inserting the following: ' $71,334,878'

Amend the amendment in Part J in subsection 5-C in the 4th line (page 576, line 31 in amendment) by striking out the following: " $85,949,391" and inserting the following: ' $83,964,862'

Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.

SUMMARY

This amendment eliminates MaineCare reimbursement for transportation services to and from methadone treatment clinics for persons addicted to opioids. The General Fund savings are used to increase state-municipal revenue sharing.
