Amend the bill in section 2 in §963 in the first paragraph in the last line (page 5, line 14 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " 2012 and at least once every 10 years after June 30, 2000  2012" and inserting the following: ' 2022 and at least once every 10 years after June 30, 2000  2022'
