An Act To Extend the Authorization for the Maine Education Effectiveness Council
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. PL 2011, c. 635, Pt. A, §6, sub-§5 is amended to read:
5. Council continuation. The council is authorized to continue meeting, if it so desires, 90 days until 2 weeks after adjournment the convening of the First Second Regular Session of the 126th Legislature.
SUMMARY
This bill authorizes the Maine Education Effectiveness Council to continue meeting, if it so desires, until 2 weeks after the convening of the Second Regular Session of the 126th Legislature.
