This amendment
reverses the deallocation in the bill to the Department of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry for the elimination of a position related to
activities that are being transferred to the Maine Potato Board in LD 1509,
the 2014-2015 Biennial Budget. The deallocation is already in LD 1509 and is
not needed in this bill. As amended, this bill is left with language which is
still needed to complete the transfer in the budget. |
