Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment eliminates the one-time General Fund appropriations of $70,050 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $92,400 in fiscal year 2014-15 to the Child Development Services System (CDS) by delaying when certain information on the performance of the CDS System must be reported until January 1, 2015.  CDS expects to have a new data system in place at that time that will allow the information to be collected and reported electronically.
