The one-time costs of reimbursing State Employee Health Plan members for the difference in copayments and deductibles paid by those members for services provided at hospitals not on the preferred provider list from July 1, 2012 through October 1, 2012 is estimated to be $170,000 in 2013-14.  Of this total,  an appropriation of $68,000 in 2013-14 is included for General Fund costs with the balance to be paid out of the Accident, Sickness and Health Insurance Internal Services Fund.
