Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Corrections will require Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $10,313 in fiscal year 2013-14 and $13,750 in fiscal year 2014-15 for the estimated increase in revenue from charging a fee to probationers for an out-of-state travel application.  This will be used to defray the costs of the applications and to extradite probationers.  The Department of Corrections may also experience future savings from the provision of the bill that provides for an early termination of the period of probation in certain circumstances.
