Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Environmental Protection will require a General Fund appropriation of $36,473 in FY 2013-14 and $38,719 in FY 2014-15 to fund a part-time Environmental Specialist III position and related administrative costs and an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $695 in both FY 2013-14 and FY 2014-15 for technology costs associated with compliance efforts required with the labeling standards for products containing bisphenol A.
