	The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) will be required to establish and approve certain rates, charges and fees related to street lighting infrastructure assessed to a municipality by a transmission and distribution utility and to designate a standardized color coding system to differentiate street lighting infrastructure ownership.  The PUC has adequate available resources for the expenses related to the activities required.
