This bill repeals
Public Law 2013, chapter 248 that included emergency supplemental
appropriations and allocations for fiscal year 2012-13. This bill eliminates those appropriations
and allocations, which are duplicated in Public Law 2013, chapter 368, the
Biennial Budget Bill. |
