The amendment
removes the $3,700 General Fund appropriation in fiscal year 2014-15 for
costs related to rulemaking from the committee amendment. The Bureau of
Forestry within the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry can
absorb these costs within existing budgeted resources. |
