This amendment
eliminates the General Fund appropriation of $52,200 in fiscal year 2021-22. |
|
As amended, this
bill remains a funded State Mandate. It includes ongoing General Fund
appropriations of $52,200 per year beginning in fiscal year 2022-23 to a
newly created State Mandate Reimbursement - Collective Bargaining program
within the Department of Education to reimburse certain school administrative
units for the cost to implement the requirements of this legislation. |
