Title 12, §6551: Tuna; method of taking

Maine Revised Statutes

1. Fish for or take tuna; permitted methods. Fish for or take any tuna by any method other than by harpoons or by hook and line; or

2. Possess. Possess any tuna that was taken in an unlawful manner.
