1.Procedure.
Amendments of the bylaws may be adopted, and amendments of the charter requested, by the affirmative vote of 2/3 of the members
of the board of directors at any duly held meeting thereof, if the members of the board have been given at least 7 days' notice
of said meeting and the notice has contained a copy of the proposed amendment or amendments.

2.Superintendent's approval.
No amendments to the bylaws or charter of a credit union shall become effective without the written approval of the superintendent.
