| | | Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §1553-A, as amended by PL 1997, c. 305, §2, is | | repealed. |

| | | Sec. 2. 22 MRSA §1555-B, sub-§3, as enacted by PL 1997, c. 305, §5, is | | repealed and the following enacted in its place: |

| | | 3.__Sales through vending machines prohibited.__Tobacco | | products may not be sold through vending machines. |
|
| | | The bill repeals the provisions controlling sales of | | cigarettes from vending machines and prohibits such sales. |
