| | | §3204-A.__Business on holidays |

| | | Notwithstanding section 3204, a person, firm or corporation | | may not on Memorial Day, the last Monday in May, but if the | | Federal Government designates May 30th as the date for observance | | of Memorial Day, the 30th of May and Veterans' Day except between | | the hours of noon and 5:00 p.m. keep open a place of business to | | the public, except for works of necessity, emergency or charity. |

| | | This bill prohibits stores from opening before noon on | | Memorial Day and Veterans' Day. |
