Sec. 8. 24-A MRSA §2808-B, sub-§6, ¶¶B, C and D,
as enacted by PL 1991, c.
861, §2, are repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill repeals the community rating law that applies to
individual and small group health insurance plans.
