| | | Sec. 1. 17-A MRSA §1101, sub-§17, ¶B, as amended by PL 1983, c. 775, | | is further amended to read: |

| | | B. To grow or cultivate, except for marijuana; |

| | | This bill amends the Maine Criminal Code by excluding the | | activity of growing or cultivating marijuana from the definition | | of "traffick." |
