Sec. A-4. Allocation. The following funds are allocated from the
Federal Block Grant Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999
to carry out the purposes of this Part.

projected payroll shortfall resulting from a
reduction for attrition, which is not expected
to be realized, and unbudgeted salary and
