Reimbursement of State's share of salt and sand facilities construction costs. | | Resolved: That, notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title | | 23, section 1851 requiring reimbursements to be made based on a | | schedule established by the Department of Environmental | | Protection, the State shall reimburse, in accordance with Title | | 23, chapter 13, subchapter VII, those municipalities that have | | constructed, prior to January 1, 1999, salt and sand storage | | facilities that were approved by the Department of | | Transportation. Reimbursement must be made no later than | | December 31, 1999. |
