Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 24-A MRSA §2808, sub-§5 is enacted to read:

 
5.__Notwithstanding sections 2805 and 2805-A and the
requirements of this section, the Maine Association of Realtors
qualifies as an eligible group for purposes of the purchase of
group health insurance as provided in this section.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill allows the Maine Association of Realtors to purchase
group health insurance.
