| | | Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§80 is enacted to read: |

| | | 80.__Pregnancy care centers.__Sales to nonprofit organizations | | whose primary purpose is to educate women with unwanted | | pregnancies as to the life-saving alternatives available to those | | women. |

| | | This bill exempts from the state sales tax sales to nonprofit | | organizations whose primary purpose is to educate women with | | unwanted pregnancies as to the life-saving alternatives available | | to those women. |
