| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §1874, 2nd ¶ is enacted to read: |

| | | In any legislation that appropriates or allocates funds | | designated for the waterway, the waterway must appear as a | | separate program to which funds are appropriated or allocated | | within the bureau. |
|
| | | This bill ensures that the Allagash Wilderness Waterway will | | appear in any appropriation or allocation section as a separate | | program within the Department of Conservation, Bureau of Parks | | and Lands. |
|
