| | | While on duty in the woods during open firearm season on deer, | | all game wardens and other law enforcement officers under this | | chapter, as well as all other state and federal employees, are | | subject to the safety-clothing requirements of section 7406, | | subsection 12. |

| | | This bill requires all state and federal employees to wear | | hunter orange while on duty in the woods during open firearm | | season. |
