whether there was probable cause to believe that the person was the
operator of a commercial motor vehicle involved in a motor vehicle
accident in which a death occurred or will occur and whether the
person failed to submit to a test.

 
9.__Test results.__The law enforcement officer responsible for
investigating the commercial motor vehicle accident shall forward
the results of the drug test to the Bureau of State Police
Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit.__The Commercial Vehicle
Enforcement Unit may provide a copy of the results to the United
States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway
Administration, Office of Motor Carriers.

 
SUMMARY

 
The bill requires drug testing of commercial vehicle operators
involved in fatal or potentially fatal motor vehicle accidents.
