This section does not apply to any waters subject to regulation by
the Maine Indian Tribal-State Commission under Title 30, section
6207, subsection 3-A
or to Tunk Lake and Donnell Pond in the Town
of Hancock
.
SUMMARY
This bill allows the use of personal watercraft on Tunk Lake
and Donnell Pond, both in the Town of Hancock.
