| | Sec. 6. Staff assistance. Resolved: That the commission shall request | staffing and clerical assistance from the Legislative Council; | and be it further |

| | Sec. 7. Compensation. Resolved: That the commission members who are | Legislators are entitled to receive the legislative per diem for | each day's attendance at meetings of the commission. |

| | Emergency clause. In view of the emergency cited in the preamble, | this resolve takes effect when approved. |
