Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. P&SL 1961, c. 188 is repealed.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill repeals the authority given to the Lucerne-in-Maine
Village Corporation to construct, operate and maintain a dam and
a fishway at the outlet of Phillips Lake in the town of Dedham.
