Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 26 MRSA c. 5, sub-cc. I, I-A and I-B, as amended, are repealed.

 
Sec. 2. Effective date. This Act takes effect June 30, 2001.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill repeals bedding, upholstered furniture and stuffed
toys laws.
