| | | Sec. 1. PL 1995, c. 405, §25, first ¶, 4th sentence is amended to read: |

| | The program must be implemented by September 1, 1997 |

| | | This bill postpones the effective date of the program of | | training and certification of guardians ad litem. The Supreme | | Judicial Court is now scheduling guardian training programs for | | 1999 and this bill ensures an orderly transition. |
