Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the
General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Educational and General

 
Activities - UMS

 
All Other$3,500,000

 
Provides funds to be used in conjunction with
other private and public funding sources to
construct the Edmund S. Muskie School of
Public Service on the campus of the University
of Southern Maine.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill provides a General Fund appropriation of $3,500,000,
which will be used with other public and private funding sources
to construct the Edmund S. Muskie School of Public Service on the
campus of the University of Southern Maine.
