Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §4349, as amended by PL 1993, c. 721, Pt. B, §2
and affected by Pt. H, §1, is repealed.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill repeals the section of the growth management law
that gives certain grant and state aid preference to
municipalities that have implemented a comprehensive plan under
the growth management law.
