| | The Interdepartmental Welfare Reform Committee, referred to in | this section as the "committee," is established. The committee | consists of the Commissioner of Education, the Commissioner of | Labor, the President of the Maine Technical College System, the | Commissioner of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance | Abuse Services, the Director of the Office of Substance Abuse, | the Commissioner of Corrections or a designee from the Maine | Youth Center named by the Commissioner of Human Services and the | Commissioner of Human Services, who serves as chair.
