Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§80 is enacted to read:

 
80.__Child abuse and neglect councils.__Sales to child abuse
and neglect councils as defined in Title 22, section 3872,
subsection 1-A.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill creates a tax exemption for sales to child abuse and
neglect councils.
