Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §1904, sub-§5, ¶G is enacted to read:

 
G.__A halogen headlight may not be used on any motor
vehicle.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill prohibits the use of halogen headlights on motor
vehicles.
