| | 2.__Fees.__A provider of a divorce effects program shall offer | a schedule of graduated fees based on program attendees' ability | to pay.__Ability to pay must be determined according to an | attendee's gross income as set by the court.__As used in this | subsection "gross income" has the same meaning as in section | 2001, subsection 5.__An attendee shall pay the provider's fee | directly to the provider. |

| | For the purposes of this chapter, a divorce effects program | must present the following information to program attendees: |

| | 1.__Effects of parental separation on children.__The potential | effects of the separation of their parents on children.__The | program provider shall present information on: |
|
| A.__Children's developmental stages; |
|
| B.__Children's responses to parental separation; |
|
| C.__Potential maladjustment by children to parental | separation and possible responses by parents to such | maladjustment; and |
|
| D.__Education or counseling options for children whose | parents have separated; |
|
| | 2.__Parental skills.__Skills, approaches and resources that | may assist separated parents in acting in the best interests of | their children.__The program provider shall present information | on: |

| A.__Communication skills; |
|
| B.__Conflict resolution skills; |
|
| C.__Emotional, family, financial and work adjustment; |
|
| E.__Parallel and cooperative parenting techniques; |
