| A business may be issued transporter plates and a license to |
| transport an unregistered light trailer or a light trailer with a |
| load appropriate for that trailer that is owned by or in the |
| custody of that business.__A license holder may use the plate |
| only if the vehicle is accompanied by the business owner or an |
| employee of the business.__A transporter plate may not be used in |
| lieu of registration plates on another vehicle, loaned, used for |
| personal reasons or used on a towing vehicle.__For the purposes |
| of this section, "business" means a corporation, firm, |
| partnership, joint venture or other commercial entity. |
