Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §3402, as amended by PL 1995, c. 397, §55, is
further amended by adding at the end a new paragraph to read:

 
The state shall ensure that at least 10 state plumbing
inspectors are appointed under this section.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill increases the number of state plumbing inspectors to
10.
