Progress report meetings; Resolved: That the departments shall | meet at a time that is the half-way point in the needs assessment | process with a 3-member subcommittee of the Joint Standing | Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs and the Joint | Standing Committee on Health and Human Services one member each | representing Education, Health and Human Services to report on | the progress of the departments in conducting the needs | assessment. The subcommittee shall meet only once; and be it | further |

| | Sec. 3. Reimbursement. Resolved: That the legislative subcommittee is | entitled to receive, upon application to the Executive Director | of the Legislative Council, the legislative per diem, as defined | in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 3, section 2 and | reimbursement for travel and other necessary expenses for | attendance at the progress report meetings. |
