| | | In addition to the annual license fee, the Chief of the State | | Police may charge a one-time application fee for a license issued | | under this chapter in an amount equal to the actual cost of | | processing the application and performing any background | | investigations.__All fees collected pursuant to this section must | | be deposited directly to the Video Gaming Fund. |

| | | 2.__Term of license.__All licenses issued by the Chief of the | | State Police under this chapter are effective for one year and | | are renewable annually, unless sooner revoked pursuant to section | | 377. |
