Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Dissolution. The Town of Wells and the Town of Ogunquit may
withdraw from the Wells-Ogunquit Community School District
pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 20-A, section 1403
and section 1751.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill allows the Town of Wells and the Town of Ogunquit to
withdraw from the Wells-Ogunquit Community School District.
