Sec. 26. 17-A MRSA §1103, sub-§3, ¶B, as amended by PL 1999, c. 453,
§6, is further amended to read:

 
B. Fourteen grams or more of cocaine or 4 grams or more of
cocaine in the form of cocaine base; or

 
Sec. 27. 17-A MRSA §1103, sub-§3, ¶C, as amended by PL 1999, c. 422, §1
and repealed by c. 453, §7, is repealed.

 
Sec. 28. 19-A MRSA §1768, sub-§4, ¶A, as enacted by PL 1999, c. 486, §3
and affected by §6, is amended to read:

 
A. The child custody determination has not been registered
and confirmed under section 1765 and that:

 
(1) The issuing court did not have jurisdiction under
subchapter II;

 
(2) The child custody determination for which
enforcement is sought has been vacated, stayed or
modified by a court having jurisdiction to do so under
subchapter II; or

 
(3) The respondent was entitled to notice, but notice
was not given in accordance with the standards of
section 1738, in the proceedings before the court that
issued the order for which enforcement is sought; or

 
Sec. 29. 20-A MRSA §12502, as amended by PL 1999, c. 401, Pt. OOO,
§6 and c. 441, §6, is repealed and the following enacted in its
place:

 
§12502. Educators for Maine Program

 
There is established the Educators for Maine Program to
provide financial assistance to college students, graduating high
school seniors and students pursuing postbaccalaureate
certification or child development associate certification or an
associate's degree in child development who demonstrate an
interest in pursuing a career in teaching in this State for
postsecondary education and to teachers and speech pathologists
for advanced-degree or continued study.__The program recognizes
outstanding graduating high school seniors, college students and
students pursuing postbaccalaureate certification or child
development associate certification or an associate's degree in
child development.__The chief executive officer shall administer
the program and shall establish by rule the rates of interest or
fees to be charged.
