(5)__The use of the word "casino" to describe any video
lottery terminal licensed under this chapter or as the
name or any part of the name of the licensed premises or
of a portion of the premises where the video lottery
terminal is located;

 
C.__Disable any video lottery terminal if the Chief of the
State Police has reason to believe that:

 
(1)__A person has illegally tampered with the video
lottery terminal;

 
(2)__The funds from the video lottery terminal have not
been distributed, deposited or allocated in accordance
with section 382;

 
(3)__The video lottery terminal does not meet the
licensure requirements of this chapter; or

 
(4)__The licensee is guilty of criminal conduct; and

 
D.__Prepare and submit to the Commissioner of Administrative
and Financial Services a budget for the administration of
this chapter.

 
§365.__Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services

 
1.__Powers.__In addition to powers conferred by any other
provision of law, the Commissioner of Administrative and
Financial Services may:

 
A.__Collect funds due the State under section 382 and
distribute them in accordance with this chapter; and

 
B.__By January 31st, submit to the Governor and the joint
standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction
over legal affairs an annual report of video lottery
terminal revenue, credits disbursed by licensees,
administrative expenses and the allocation of net video
lottery terminal income for the preceding year.

 
§366.__Applicability

 
Except as expressly provided in this chapter, chapter 14 does
not apply to a video lottery terminal as defined in section 361.
