Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the
General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

HUMAN SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF

 
Bureau of Health

 
All Other$255,000

 
Provides funds for poison control services.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill provides a General Fund appropriation of $255,000 in
fiscal year 2000-01 for the Department of Human Services to fund
poison control services.
